Hi all,
Our boys will be taking a formal class photo tomorrow so kindly ensure that they are in their full school uniforms coupled with their ties. For boys who are in ACES, kindly bring along the PE Shirt and shorts in a bag. Please also look through your child's spelling book and I will be conducting a spelling quiz on the SA1 spelling words tomorrow. Take care, weather's pretty bad these days.

Dear all,
Kindly read through the hands foot and mouth disease notice form. I've also completed Term 2 comprehension worksheets with our boys and have taught them the format to our listening comprehension and oral exam next week. I'll be doing a lot of practices on these 2 components so as to gear our boys for their 1st exam next week. Kindly ensure that your child completes the spelling worksheet for SA1 spelling words revision at home. Thanks!

Re: Updates for 16th of April
Dear parents,
Our boys did their spelling test today for unit 7.2. I will be testing our boys on the spelling words no. 1 to 10 for SA1 this Friday. Kindly note that this is a trial spelling test and not the actual one. I have also taught them how to create a word search puzzle. Our boys exchanged their word search puzzles with their friends and had fun solving them. However there were some boys who could not finish their word search puzzles. Kindly allow them to complete it at home.

Re: Updates for 14th of April
Dear parents,
Our boys have completed their corrections for the homework assignment i.e. trial paper 2 mid yr English exam. In addition, they have done sentence making for picture composition paper 1 in class and I will be giving them additional practice throughout this week. Kindly take note of the Earth day notice form and as a safety precaution, I've instructed our boys to place their water bottles and wallets in the locker. Our boys should only take out their belongings during recess and after school, so as to minimize cases of theft and water leakage.
Lastly, our boys presented a national education song entitled "There's no place I'd rather be" for music lesson today. It was pretty well done.

Re: Updates on 1st of April
Hi all,
Today our darlings created their group music poster and gave a short presentation as music sales personnel. I was rather impressed by their efforts in bringing all the marvellous looking pictures. Most of them coulld name the various instruments which showed their great vocabulary!
Next up, we went throught a few powerpoint presentations on animals, both domestic and wild ones. I've instructed the boys to bring along 4 pictures of farm animals and 4 pictures of wild animals for pair work tomorrow. They would be doing a collage on a farm and a safari jungle. That should be quite exciting!
We also read a book entitled "Who needs friends?" and touched a bit on the pastoral side. We went through the theme on "Friendship" and I've also told the boys a little on cliques on why they should not be involved in them.
Love,
Teresa
